Minutes of HICCA Meeting at 7 Villa Road, Impington, 8 pm 13^th May 2008

Present:            Steve(chair), Niels, Siobhan(minutes), Ken, Paul, Hatem

Apologies:         Pam, Nigel, Sandy

This object of this meeting was to discuss a HICCA application for the EEDA Cut your Carbon campaign.  The group discussed at length the “Lighthouse Project” proposal devised by Ken and decided unanimously in favour of submitting it to EEDA. 

The following actions were agreed:

1. Ken would speak to the EEDA Community Support Officer JR regarding the project.
2. Ken would complete the application form and circulate to the core group for comment.
3. Steve would write to those on our mailing list and in the Yahoo group inviting registration of interest in participating in the project.
4. Hatem to draft a logo for the project.
5. Kirsten's offer to look over completed application to be taken up.
6. Application to be submitted to EEDA by first round deadline of 12^th June.

Next HICCA meeting to finalise project application 8pm, 4^th June at Steve’s house.
